I completely agree with this. I wanted to say so initially, but was actually too overcome by the totality of your post to remember to mention it. (I had all kinds of things I wanted to say, but couldn't say anything coherent, really, after finishing the story because it felt like adding my words would only cheapen it right then.) Interestingly, I posted about birth being orgasmic in the way you describe in my LJ a few weeks ago...I don't remember when. It's really quite something, isn't it?
