hahahah yeah, that's exactly what i was trying to tell myself. it's hard to rip up those expectations though and let them float away immediately -- you have to come to grips with it, since those expectations are how we prepare our strength if that makes sense. you know?
...aaaaaannnnnd i have to say i was soooo glad i had vitamin water...i think if i had just been asked to drink water i would have ended up dehydrated. it was nice having options. there were moments when that vitamin water tasted beyond amazing.
i'm glad you felt lucid too. i was really surprised by that! i was also fascinated by the way i felt so hopeless at the peak of a contraction and then gained perspective in between.
